Donostia is the capital of the Basque Province of Gipuzkoa and home to the Archivo Histórico Diocesan de San Sebastián. The archive contains a rich collection of baptismal and death registers and other parish documentation, including wills, constitutions, and licenses relating to the seroras. The archive is housed in the Seminary, and sits on a hill overlooking the Playa de la Concha, and these famous sculptures, called the Wind Combs.
